A sports-health house is an establishment in France that brings together health and sports professionals. Their creation stems from a realization: while the health benefits of regular physical activity are well-documented, regardless of age or gender, less than half of the French population aged 15 to 75 achieve a level of physical activity that is beneficial to health. The government aims to promote the establishment of spaces that encourage sports participation.

Supported by a coach in the specialized « sports-health house » centers, the user receives guidance and a training regimen tailored to their specific situation. The coach can adjust the targeted body areas and the intensity of the workout using a tablet. Meanwhile, the user is immersed in a rhythm game where five trackers monitor the position of their limbs and movements, creating a synergy of fun and motivation.
